Essential oils are a welcome addition to any steam experience with different aromas delivering their own benefits and stimulating different moods. Commercial steam rooms and some home steam rooms have automatic essence dosing systems but if this isn’t the case, the steam inlet usually has a small essence pocket which will evaporate the essence into the steam as it enters the cabin.
