At this stage, any final adjustments will be made to ensure the size, shape and fit of your spa is exactly right.
All of our custom mosaic spas have a fibreglass shell. Fibreglass is an ideal material for hot tubs and spas as it is incredibly durable and versatile, with great moisture and chemical resistance. A 20mm fibre mould is first applied followed by resin, reinforcement and insulation materials. These steps ensure that your custom spa is well insulated, sturdy and built to last. The fibreglass mould is then turned out and mounted onto a rigid steel frame for durability.
The fibreglass is then finished with epoxy and finally, the mosaics are ready to be applied. This is the stage where your creative vision for your bespoke mosaic spa comes to life. Our expert tilers apply your choice of mosaic in your dream design. The design can incorporate tile bands or custom mosaic layouts and patterns for a truly unique and luxurious finish. We offer a wide range of SICIS tiles or can work with your supplied tiles. When it comes to colours, patterns and styles the options are limitless and our tilers will work with you to make your design a reality. Once applied in your specially chosen design the mosaics are grouted with your choice of colour for a sleek finish, bringing the design together.
Next, your bespoke mosaic spa is drilled to accommodate your choice of jets. We offer a wide range of jets and fittings to ensure your custom hot tub performs to the highest standard both in technical and hydrotherapy terms. Selecting your own jets means you have control over your hydrotherapy experience so that your spa is perfect for your relaxation and wellness needs. Customising your spa from beginning to end right down to the fittings means it is uniquely yours, enabling you to bring a touch of spa luxury into your home.
