Our preference is always to enter a steam cabin naked after a shower, however, local or commercial rules and customs must, of course, be followed! Enter the steam room and sit or lay on the benches and deeply inhale the steamy air for 15-20 minutes. It is polite to rinse the seat with an often provided Kneipp hose before exiting. After leaving the cabin, have a cold shower or other cold experience such as an ice room to close the pores and leave the skin feeling tightened and invigorated.
