Our bespoke mosaic spas, swim spas and hydrotherapy pools are built to exacting specification using the highest grade materials to deliver an exceptional and unique centrepiece to your wellness project.
Our in house design team consult with architects and contractors to prepare a design uniquely suited to your project and site requirements. Our project approach to spa design and manufacturing enables our experienced designers and engineers to come up with innovative and creative solutions to overcome unique obstacles or site constraints that prevent standardised product being specified.
We engage in extensive communication during the consultation stage to ensure we understand every detail of your design requirements and limitations to ensure our proposal meets your needs precisely. We will highlight design considerations to you and guide you with our extensive experience. Key design considerations to consider include;
Size & Shape
All sizes and shapes can be realised for your mosaic spa or pool project. The majority of our projects are delivered in one piece, however, we are able to supply products in sections for larger pools or in situations where site access is restricted. All straight edged products are made from custom built moulds and round moulds can either be custom made or formed from a base design to save cost.
Filtration
A key design consideration is skimmer or overflow filtration. For overflow pools and spas we offer custom fibreglass balance tanks and grating in your choice of Corian, wood, stainless steel or plastic.
Seats & Jets
All seat elements are fabricated by our master craftsmen and there is no limit to available layouts and designs. Loungers, benches and integrated steps are typical features of a bespoke spa and standing hydrotherapy coves a popular feature of hydrotherapy pools. We offer a wide array of jet types offering different massage experiences and each jetted position can be customised to suit your exact needs. Typically we use stainless steel jets fascias as a complement to the luxurious mosaic finish.
Mosaic Finish
We work with SICIS as a mosaic partner and can offer competitive pricing on any of their mosaic collections. However, we are equally happy to receive delivery of alternative specified mosaics from clients to complete the build in our factory. We can work with SICIS to create custom mosaic layouts or to incorporate logos or images into the mosaic design.
Automatic Covers
All bespoke mosaic pools and spas can be built with an integrated cover pit to house a Roldeck slatted cover. The cover pits can be finished in matching mosaics or left to be covered with your planned pool or spa surround. Automatic covers are supplied with remote controls for ease of operation.
Other Features
Whilst most key design features are outlined above we are able to source and integrate any other standard or custom made feature that you require for your build including handrails, water features (waterfalls, water cannons, air pads) and counter current swim jets. Anything is possible!
Following consultation we prepare drawings and an offer for your consideration. Revisions can be made until the proposal is accepted and moved into production where we get to work building a truly unique mosaic spa product for your project. All shells are mounted in a custom steel frame with adjustable feet and pre-plumbed for minimal on-site installation requirement.
Following testing, your bespoke mosaic spa or pool is packaged and delivered to site ready to take its place as the luxury centrepiece of your wellness space.
