Hi, my name is Gloria Badalewski. I am 76 years old and suffer from heart disease,Parkinson's disease and osteoporosis. My daughter, Barbara, the one on the right. I purchased an H2X Swim Spa in August of 2008 anticipating my daughter coming to stay. I want to testify to the wonders of the swim spa. I am barely able to walk some days as my osteoporosis includes curvature of my spine. In the spa I feel light as a feather and am able to move without pain. I am able to stand with the helpof Barbara and move about freely. I also have bursitis in my right shoulder and the whirlpool effect does wonders for that pain. Finally I really enjoy standing in the corner of the spa and doing leg lifts and foot stretches. You see with Parkinson's your feet atrophy and in the spa my toes feel relaxed. This spa is a blessing to me and gives me a new outlook on life. And thus the truth is that being in the spa doesn't' hurt, it helps!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your company for the first class service we've had.We've been looking for a hot tub for a round six months, we've seen a lot of makes and models , in the end we felt that your hot tub was the best in its class and value for money, we've been looked after by Castle hot tubs in Pembrokeshire, we went back and for about four or five times we were made to feel welcome on all occasions we were not put under any pressure whatsoever.
That was another reason why we decided to purchase a hot tub from Castle hot tubs, one of our problems was how we were going to get the hot tub into our garden , because it's not the easiest place to get the hot tub into so I hired a small JCB to lift the hot tub over the hedge, when the two delivery men arrived with the hot tub I thought to myself how these two young men would manage to deliver and install a hot tub, I am so pleased to tell you that those two men not only managed to deliver and install the hot tub they did it with ease, those two men were first class and an absolute credit to your company, there attitude and manners and expertise was second to none, thank you so much for the service,

Dear sirs,
I will shortly become a Master Spa owner; we have ordered an LS800 with the optional LED lighting and Clarion CD sound system.
We have purchased through Aegean Spas here in the United Kingdom.
Their customer service has been exceptional throughout the order processing stages. I am impressed that whoever answers the phone, whenever I have called, has dealt with any questions I had in a timely manner (rather than put you on hold and pass you round the phone system). I would strongly recommend them to whomever was interested in a spa.

Just a quick email to thank your installation team of Dave and Adam who delivered our hot tub today. They were very professional in their approach to the job and would have been a lot quicker if our water pressure was slightly better. Everything was explained very well and I am now waiting (impatiently) for the water to warm up so that I can dive in !!

I would like to take this opportunity to pass on my appreciation and thanks for the help my wife and I received in the purchase of our Spa.
We visited the London, Mill Hill, showroom in late November and met Lewis. He was most friendly, professional and knowledgeable and certainly made both my wife and I feel at ease in selecting our first Spa. Lewis took us through the whole range, explaining the differences and particular features that would be more relevant to us. I'm sure that there had been ample opportunity to direct us towards the more expensive models, but they simply had features that we will not require and Lewis was honest in his views, steering us towards a much better match for us. He was an excellent "first contact" and is an asset to the company!
Delivery of our Spa took place in December and the two gentlemen (Kevin and a.n.other) continued in the same manner as had Lewis; again they were friendly and professional and made the whole job look extremely easy. Nothing was too much bother and they left me feeling that everything was in order and that the rather complex array of chemical treatments etc. was manageable.
The Spa is going well and is used most days; it's truly been life changing, providing a stress reliever and informal social rendezvous centre.

We have just taken delivery of a new spa from Aegean and I would like to inform you that the installers and service we have had from your Company has been first class. Kevin and Alan arrived at our home promptly and installed our spa in a very professional and efficient manner. The instructions we received from them were clear and concise, and when the installation was complete my wife and I felt that the team had done an excellent job.
Customers today expect a great deal from suppliers of all goods and can be very quick to criticise so I am sure that a "pat on the back" and a "thank you" letter go a long way in customer relationships. Could you please pass on our thanks to Kevin and Alan and indeed to Lewis and the Team in Hale Lane. Some customers do appreciate good manners and politeness and are only too pleased to pass on gratitude when it is due.

Just a quick email to say thak you to Lewis a member of your sales team who helped my wife and I in purchasing a spa from yourselves over the weekend from your London branch.
We spent a couple of hours in your showroom trying different spas and talking to Lewis about all the options avaliable and we felt he was extremely helpful and professional and a credit to your company.

Just to say a big thank you to Dave and Tom who installed our spa on Friday 27th August. They arrived earlier than advised and as my husband was not around to help they did not grumble, were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble, even though it was raining.

The guys who installed it were brilliant, nothing was too much bother. The tub heated up within about 8 hours so could actually jump straight in last night.

Hello David,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the guy's (Paul & Matt) that delivered the Hot Tub. The service my partner and I got was 1st class and the guy's were more than happy to accommodate the situation to get the Hot Tub in place, at one point I was not sure it would be possible to get it in.
Paul & Matt worked like troopers to install the Hot Tub and I will say without any bull they restored a lot of faith I had lost with the British "customer service" especially ordering thing via the net.
